Voor een groep van 10 enthousiaste deelnemers (uit het hele land) hebben we de afgelopen dagen (donderdag en vrijdag) weer de open inschrijvingstraining ‘Creatief Denken’ verzorgd. De tweedaagse is al sinds enige jaren gesitueerd in hotel het Klooster in Kloosterburen, waar het fantastische gastvrouwschap van Jolanda Bos garant staat voor een unieke logeer en eetervaring. Ook de zon heeft – met name op de donderdag – bijgedragen aan een geweldige training.
In het programma van de twee dagen zaten de volgende zaken opgenomen
* Introductie ‘creatief denken’, oefeningen herkenning en doorbreken van patronen;
* Muziekmozaïek
* Belemmeringen en voorwaarden
* Spelregels creatieve communicatie en ideeënkillers
* De zes denkhoeden van Edward de Bono
* Lateraal denken: oefeningen (restaurant oefening)
* Inventarisatie van vragen van deelnemers
* Brainstorm aan de hand van laterale technieken rondom gekozen vragen
* P.M.I. ( techniek om een idee van alle kanten te bezien en een beter menings- / besluitvorming te verkrijgen)
* Metaforen
* Mindmapping en artmaps maken (voor je zelf en voor de groep)
* Terugblik op dag 1 en inspirerende opwarmer (kracht van het beeld)
* Synectics oefening
* Conceptenwaaier en keuze maken tussen vele oplossingen
* Inzetten van andere zintuigen
* Hoe krijg je anderen mee met nieuwe ideeën? (de muur en Juffrouw Janssen)
* Creatieve (buiten)opdracht
* Hoe kun je anders omgaan met meningsverschillen/verschil van inzicht?
* Oefening Dominicaanse monniken
* Het creëren van een inspirerende omgeving; een innovatief klimaat
* creatieve beeldvorming onder begeleiding van gastdocent en kinesioloog Henk Visser
* Toepassingen creativiteit in het dagelijkse werk en leven; hoe ga je dat aanpakken, persoonlijke plannen
* De 5 talen van waardering
