Niet langer mag aanbod centraal staan, maar staat de burger en zijn vraag centraal.
Veel welzijnsorganisaties en ook veel individuele welzijnswerkers verzuchten: “dit doen we allang”, en daar zit natuurlijk ook een kern van waarheid in. En toch, we kunnen er nog veel stappen in zetten. Een ander rafelig randje aan dit proces is dat er niet alleen sprake is van een grote shift in de manier van werken, maar dat er tegelijkertijd ook sprake is van een enorme bezuinigingsopdracht voor gemeenten en zorg- en welzijnsinstellingen. En natuurlijk roept dit laatste een enorme onzekerheid bij werkers in de zorg, in de welzijn en ook bij gemeenteambtenaren. Een onzekerheid waar maar al te vaak niet naar gekeken wordt!
Samen met een groep facilitators en coaches uit de welzijnshoek zijn we op zoek naar een manier om deze kanteling op een positieve manier van de grond te tillen. Ja, we zijn al goed bezig, maar ook: hoe kunnen we het nog beter gaan doen.
