En natuurlijk roept dit laatste een enorme onzekerheid bij werkers in de zorg, in de welzijn en ook bij gemeenteambtenaren. Een onzekerheid waar maar al te vaak niet naar gekeken wordt!
Samen met een groep facilitators en coaches uit de welzijnshoek zijn we op zoek naar een manier om deze kanteling op een positieve manier van de grond te tillen. Ja, we zijn al goed bezig, maar ook: hoe kunnen we het nog beter gaan doen.
